Mr. Santisteven: Per california Penal Code 834b LAPD executives and the LA City Council are in direct violation of the State law when it comes to person(s) who have commited or suspected of committing crimes and are in this country illegally. This Order should be ignored by the consciencious Officers who want to do their jobs, and those who try and stop them should be taken to court for violating the State Law. See state law.
