Dear Senator Kennedy: Re: “Bringing them out into the sunlight” Not bad phraseology, - your comments of May 17 regarding “comprehensive immigration reform”. I’ve done some research about similar comments of yours, made over the years on the subject of immigration, and it’s always the same, a humongous gap between verbal thesis, intent, and reality.
