Group Will Nail L.A. on Special Order 40
Los Angeles' present and past mayors, city Council members, and chiefs of police, have for the past 27 years given alien criminals a free "don't go to jail" pass with the LAPD's Special Order 40. Finally, it took Judicial Watch to do what L.A.'s city attorney, Rocky Delgadillo refused to do: Challenge Special Order 40 in court.
