In Newark, NJ this week (week of Aug 5, 2007), four American citizens were lined up and shot in the head, allegedly by Jose Lachira Carranza, an illegal alien from Peru.
Jose Carranza and a 15-year old boy were arrested in the deaths of 3 youths. There was one victim, a fourth, who survived and could identify her would-be killer. Watch Videos:
