Los Angeles' sanctuary city policies like Special Order 40, "don't ask, don't tell" day labor centers, Matricula IDs, etc., allows deadbeat dads to abandon their families in their own countries to come to L.A. to be rewarded with a new identity and clean record, enabling them to become new untraceable deadbeat dads in Los Angeles, thanks to our mayor and city council.
