Anti-American Socialist, Yasser Giron, sues Hal Netkin for $800,000, Gets $499.99 to pay his lawyer
A trial scheduled for September 2, 2008 in Orange County, CA was called off when plaintiff Yasser Giron was faced with video evidence proving false testimony, He dropped his claim alleging that his (faked) injuries were caused by Hal Netkin's "negligence." He settled for a token $499.99 all of which went to his shyster lawyer. The cost of Hal's defense was covered by his insurance company.
